Preencher o Formul\u00e1rio\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/ambienteduran.eng.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/08\/REQUERIMENTO_PARA_RPPN.rtf\">REQUERIMENTO DE SERVI\u00c7O T\u00c9CNICO<\/a>, que dever\u00e1 ser acompanhado dos seguintes documentos:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.1. C\u00f3pia da matr\u00edcula do im\u00f3vel, emitida pelo Servi\u00e7o de Registro de Im\u00f3veis competente, como comprova\u00e7\u00e3o da dominialidade, contendo averba\u00e7\u00e3o da Reserva Legal, acompanhada de certid\u00e3o negativa de \u00f4nus reais, emitidas no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 90 (noventa) dias anteriores \u00e0 data do protocolo do requerimento;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.2. Comprovante v\u00e1lido de anu\u00eancia do credor, se houver gravame de \u00f4nus real sobre o im\u00f3vel;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.3. C\u00f3pia dos documentos do propriet\u00e1rio do im\u00f3vel (c\u00e9dula de identidade e CPF pessoal e do c\u00f4njuge, no caso de pessoa f\u00edsica) ou documentos institucionais (atos constitutivos atualizados, CNPJ, al\u00e9m dos documentos pessoais do respons\u00e1vel legal ou dos s\u00f3cios gerentes, se pessoa jur\u00eddica) e, quando for o caso, procura\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.4. Comprovante de quita\u00e7\u00e3o de ITR ou IPTU, conforme se tratar de im\u00f3vel rural ou urbano;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.5. Mapa georeferenciado do im\u00f3vel e da \u00e1rea proposta para RPPN, em meio impresso e digital, incluindo a delimita\u00e7\u00e3o da Reserva Legal, com os respectivos memoriais descritivos, elaborados por profissional legalmente habilitado, com Anota\u00e7\u00e3o de Responsabilidade T\u00e9cnica &#8211; ART;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.6. Plantas de situa\u00e7\u00e3o, indicando os limites, os confrontantes, a \u00e1rea proposta para o reconhecimento e a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade no munic\u00edpio e regi\u00e3o, dados que podem constar no mapa referido no inciso V;<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.7. Justificativa t\u00e9cnica (veja que dados devem constar na justificativa t\u00e9cnica);<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.8.
